A complete success. These would be the words to describe the 6th seminar about IT Management and Governance, organized by the Valencian Community Committee of the Information Technology Service Management Forum (itSMF) that took place in the Recinto Las Naves, in Valencia. The event included the collaboration of OdPe Business Solutions CEO, Andreu LLambrich, and the Business Consultancy Manager, Alejandro Blasco.

Under the theme “IT Management and Governance in the Valencian Community”, and thanks to the participation of different entities related to Information Technologies, we have known about the state TIC Services Management is in our environment, as well as, its different focusses, and the initiatives being implemented to support the essential Digital Transformation of the organizations, through IT Governance implementation within public, institutional and business sectors.

OdPe CEO, Andreu Llambrich’s intervention has been about the IT Governance in the business sector. In a debate table integrated by D. Jordi Gisbert – Indenova Operations Director, D. Javier Peris – Business & Co. Partner Director, and moderated by D. Manuel Juliá – AVALNET President, Andreu Llambrich has focussed his speech in the role Project Management plays in TIC departments and its impact within the companies. Llambrich has explained the solutions CA PPM (before Clarity) provides to its users based on CA PPM clients success stories.

For his part, Odpe Business Consultancy Manager, Alejandro Blasco, has focussed his speech in the roles, perspectives and professional opportunities of IT Governance.

In short, it has been a very good opportunity to gather this important group of professional organizations of the Valencian Community and to debate about the future of the TIC sector.
